Most late 60's and early 70's Schwinn Lights came with bars & stems from Blighty. Originally they carried the "GB" mark. Then later they were marked with an "S" or "Schwinn approved" ---these don't say "GB" but they look the same. Many of the bars were randonneurs.

I don't toss an old Schwinn until I've also checked the wheels which were often (no such thing as "always" on a Schwinn) made of Normandy H/F hubs and Weinmann rims.
