A final note to the list regarding the End-of-Summer Ride for anyone in Colorado. On September 27th we will have a ride from Longmont to Lyons which is essentially a modified version of the Fruitloop Ride. A total of 35 miles, most of which is very easy, so if you haven't ridden all summer or want to bring a wife/girlfriend (or both) you can do this ride. (Actually, if you bring both you're dead.) I've thrown in an optional 2.6 mile leg near the turn around point for those who need their hill climbing fix. Afterwards a BBQ and show 'n' tell at my house. Remember this is an End-of-Summer ride so even if it is 45 degrees we will go as long as it is dry. Email me off list if you are interested in joining the rest of us.
