oh, and the bonus is that the 6mm bolt and threads it's fitted in will be more difficult to strip/break in the future, though hopefully this isn't the sort of thing that should take more than one run-through/in to learn.

as for the following, it sounds as if it could have been written by a product-liability-shy 'customer service (<-I use the term loosely, I assure you)' guy anywhere, because, unfortunately, they probably have lawyers over there, too....:
