Lou- What is the situation with the bike being a "female" bike? Surely its the color and not the geometry---which I sense you already picked-up on. A 55cm top tub and a 51cm seat tube? I don't know about you, but I am glad I never ran into any female that fit those proportions. Met a lot with the exact opposite fit, i.e., longer legs & shorter torso, but I would hate to tangle with the "female" that was supposed to fit that ebay Atala. Maybe it belonged to some eastern block "female" that was "prepped" for the Olympics or something. Probably had a mustache as well. Maybe the seller is used to "females" that drag their knuckles as they walk??? But hey, don't blame that one on the Italians. Ahhhh, Ebay, it never ceases to amaze. cheers, Dave Anderson Cut Bank MT
