[CR]Atlanta Vintage Ride for October

The next Atlanta ride will be at 10:00 AM on October 12

It will begin at the Hiram trailhead on the Silver Comet Trail and we'll travel westbound to Rockmart. Please check the Silver Comet website for directions. http://www.trailexpress.com/maps.shtml Look for a Home Depot on the south side of Hwy 278 as a landmark for the parking area in Hiram.

The Hiram trailhead is marked as #9 on the map. The round trip ride is approximately 46 miles of perfectly flat trail. It follows an old railroad bed and only has a 2 degree maximum grade.

We can search out a place in Rockmart for those wanting to stop for food, refreshment, & conversation.

Vintage equipment is encouraged but certainly not mandatory.
