A have brand new in box Campagnolo xtra long.350mm(you can shorten them)
There were four I remember, I have 'em all, but only two are classic looking
One is a two-bolt NR style top, the other top is more like the Record with the one 13mm bolt attached from underneath.
The new ones, either style, are $110 and there's a nice used one for $80.
One of the non classic ones has a chromoly shaft with al top and the other has a classic Campy QR lever and two thumbknobs allowing adjustment andattachments 'on the fly'
