Hello Nath and Jody -
The semi-pro was the American Eagle name for the Nishiki Comp. American Eagle changed their name to Nishiki in the 72 - 73 time frame. Some shops had both brands for awhile.
I have a white Semi Pro. It also wrap around seatstays and half chrome forks and stays. Nath - mine is probably the American Eagle version of your Comp. Mine has Suntour GT rear and Suntour Spirit front derailleurs. Odd gearing: 54 and 48 chainwheels and 14 to 34 rear freewheel.
Cheers,
