offered to the list before they head off to ebay.
Colnago "Nuovo Mexico" - ~1982, 50c-c (51tt), visually identical to Sarronni's 1981 World Championship bike, Candy Red with white "foil" panels, built with columbus record tubing - very lightweight frame. Top tube, Down tube, and chainstays, are crimped - maybe the earliest colnago with manipulated tubes? Chrome rear dropouts and right chainstay, chrome fork, braze-on front deraileur. This is my wifes older bike and it does have paint chips and the original foil based decals are extremely fragile and peeling. I coated them with clear vinyl as a stopgap preventative measure. Frame is still attractive and gets lots of comments - IMO it would be a shame to refinish this one - leave it as is. Photos are available. $425 shipped.
Guerciotti 54c-c, (55 tt), Burgundy with old style decal set (world bands and flags), early eighties vintage, chrome chainstays, fork crown, and dropouts, 2 sets of bottle braze-ons and braze-on front deraileur. Also scratched and nicked - battle scarred - but cleans up nice. $325 shipped. Photos available.
Windsor, 50c-c (54.5tt), lower end model, heavy, has ornate lugs (almost nervex looking), never built since repaint, burgandy metallic with 1/2 chrome chain and seat stays, has had a kickstand mount added, Suntour forged long horizontal dropouts with eyelets, would make a very cool town bike. $150 shipped. photos available.
All three of these frames have been put on the alignment table - as have the forks. Will be professionally packed and shipped with insurance.
