Steve's prices from the '82 CycloPedia catalog drove me to look back at my oldest, the 1966 (?) 7th Edition. Campy (151 BCD) Crank set, w. BB, $39. Campy Record HF hubs, w. QR, $16.95/pr; Campy record rear derailleur, $13.95 with cable, housing, and lever; $11.90 w/o the accessories.
Dollars were MUCh bigger then, and there were about 1/4 as many in the average paycheck...
Life for me is better now.

Great reference! Thanks. Living only a couple hours from Cadillac and Midland, Michigan, I used to practically memorize my Cyclo-Pedia catalogs, and bought lots of Campy small parts (and an occasional der. or crank when I could scrape up the dough) from them in the "old days."
(BTW, my Cyclo-Pedia catalog lists a "68-SL-120" spindle - what's that?)
