Looking for advise on the proper way to set up bike rollers. I've never bought a new set and therefore never seen instructions. Why do the two rear wheel rollers have adjustments and how should their spacing be determined? Where should the single front roller be located in relation to the front wheel; directly under or slightly for or aft?
