Dennis, The hub certainly uses the same lock ring ring threading as Campagnolo, which is different than the threading used by Shimano and Suntour. But I thought that sprockets were interchangeable - apparently that's not always the case. I'm certain a Campagnolo sprocket will work, unless there's something really special about these hubs.
