Unfortunately, there is no such simple solution.

However, if you have a scanner, have Adobe Streamline and Illustrator, learn about separations, learn about traps and spreads, are able to print "positives" for each color on mylar, buy and learn how to use a color transfer or "comp" system, it is possible to generate some quite acceptable color decals.

The cost is significant and the learning curve is looooong!
