I think the hotel rooms would be perfectly safe... This is the sleepy south you know and not an intense urban scene... Also, any attendees who would like to ship via UPS, FedEx etc., bikes or parcels in for the Cirque are welcome to send them to CDO. (address below) Be sure to mark clearly on the exterior that they are Cirque intended..
