Paolo and Italo Guerciotti were raconteurs, not framebuilders. It's certain that many supplied the frames they branded. Lino Tempesta was a relative and surely among the framebuilders who made these frames. Before this thread gets too developed, Tempesta had a frame shop, as so many others did. It's unlikey that <he> <made> a frame/the frames. As was most always the case, it was a collaborative effort.
