This tandem was obviously designed as track tandem. This can be easily seen by the small amount of BB drop. The TCO is not an issue on the track because you don't really steer through the corners on the track. On the road, the TCO may be an issue but an experienced captain could easily overcome this. But the tandem will always feel like it's on stilts due to the lack of drop. Whoever turned this thing into a road tandem didn't care or understand frame geo that well. Not to mention the short stoker section. Yuck.
