The bike looks correct for the 2001 Giro, except that Cipo rides LOOK pedals, and the bike has TIME. An odd thing to have wrong, but it could have been switched by the owner to ride the bike, I suppose.

My guess is it's a back-up bike. Cipo has his bars super low on his bikes, like the ebay bike, and a San Marco regal saddle, his favorite! Also round, non anatomic bars. If it's a "replica" they sure got his personal preferences right!
