In 1962, the P-14 standard rim was the Weinmann alloy-wood filled. The option was the Scheeren Weltmeister alloy-wood filled. The 1965 dealer catalog only indicates "Weinmann alloy," but even as late as 1971, the consumer literature indicates Weinmann wood filled as standard with Scheeren wood filled as the option. Schwinn wasn't very informative in 1965, but I think it's safe to assume the "Weinmann alloy" was the wood filled rim.
Incidentally, the optional Scheeren rims weighed 8 oz., and cost $3.95 extra in 1971.
