"The Foreign Legion", by Rupert Guiness (about the rise of the English speakers in European cycling) has a number of photos of the ACBB jersey, unfortunately, during my quick leaf-through, none are in color.

I can scan some this evening, if it can wait.

Briefly, the jersey (in 1979, as worn by Phil Anderson), is white with a broad stripe across the chest (light blue, perhaps???). PEUGEOT in large letters above the stripe, MICHELIN in smaller type on the stripe, near the top. Black & white checkerboard sleeves with ESSO patches.
