What's going on here? I thought that some of you might be kidding around with this thread thread, but it seems to be going on in seriousness. It must be that folks think the information is so well known or obvious, as no one has mentioned that English b.b. fixed cups (drive side) thread in "reverse", and Italian cups thread "normal". In addition, if you tried to switch them for the adjustable side, on would not fit into the second, while the second would virtually fall into the first. When it comes to b.b. threads, English and Italian are definitely not the same. Please help me return from The Twilight Zone, if I am mistaken!
