The Phil BB is a great part and "almost" period correct. The hard part is getting it installed correctly and determining in advance what length to buy. Empirical evidence shows that for a Campy triple setup used on a frame with a 126mm OLD, a 119mm Phil bottom bracket is perfect. If you're using a TA crankset on a similar frame, use the Phil 122mm axle.
