Thank You,

Steve Kim Los Angeles, CA 90033 Steve There are a variety of new fixed gear track bikes (with rear-face dropouts) on today's market .Fuji makes one and GT did a couple years ago. Bianchi has one for closer to $600. There are also a heap of more classic road frames with horizontal drops that would work. Brakes on the roadbike are a sureshot, on the econo track, most likely, and on the high-end pro bikes a maybe.

If you can't get anything locally (which I am suggesting) Give me another shout after a college try and I'll see what might be in the container. Speaking oif containers, there's a 40 footer that's been turned into a bike shed adjacent to the Encino Velodrome and they have a weekly program. Maybe you vould hook up with them to see what might be available. I strongly suggest getting there on a Saturday when they have a $10 instructional/practice session I attended one while I was visiting my kids in school in LA last fall. My host was Mitch Friedman, a photographer from Culver City that ran the program almost single-hendedly. He can be reached at mitcho399@earthlink.net Hope this helps, meanwhile i'll see what i have
