Built 2002, by Ron Cooper, my own Bates path racer.
Flat track racing geometry, with plenty of clearance for 28mm tyres. Over sized fork blades. Chater lea rear drop outs.
531 tubes, plain lugs, cinelli bb shell. 57cm C-t seat tube. Black with cream panels. Bates Olympic transfers. Custom A head stem, steel with fleur de ley lugs, painted and transferred to match the frame. Fork crown drilled for a front brake.
A unique and beautiful frame that rides fantastically. The bike has only been used from June - September 2003. In fact 17 race meetings only to be exact and a few on road motor paced sessions. Photographs are available. And I can supply with this years TA track chainset, again a few months use.
