Hello Mark ,
Thank you so much !
The new Taylor Brothers section of the Bike.Brothers site is not only terrific , but mentions the other terrific sites as well .
And , I am passing this along to the Classic Rendezvous Mailing List ( hosted by Dale Brown ) ( one of the many members is Joel Metz ) .
Just two or three days ago , I visited the Bike.Brothers site , to view the Ian Hibell pages . I even mentioned them in a post to the C. R. List . However , I didn't go to the "home page" . And I certainly didn't know about the new Taylor Brothers pages . Wonderfully good !!!
Thanks very much indeed for pointing them out .
On a very different note , I was saddened and shocked as well , to hear of the passing of George Longstaff .
I'd been toying more and more with the idea of finally purchasing a light-weight , high-performance , tricycle . I had wondered about the chance of finding an older one , with fine qualities , but without major difficulties , and in a correct size .
I'd been lulling myself into some sense of security , knowing that if I could find enough money , I could always order up a sparkling new one , made to fit me exactly , from George Longstaff . Surely there was no distinct hurry at all .
And now he's gone .
And I wonder what will become of George Longstaff Cycles .
" Time , waits for no one , and it won't wait , for me . "
