Subject: [CR]Paint Touch-up suggestions

I recently became the proud owner of a very pretty 84 Italian bike, and I'm wondering about touching up some small nicks in the paint. And even though it's a white color, I am resisting grabbing the bottle of White'out ! (just kidding).

Any suggestions on doing it the right way ?? The number and size of the nicks is small.

I think I'll have to match the color, as I've found no info on the actual brand of my bike (pics below on the bike).

Is there a technique to minimize the 'blobbing' that could happen if I'm not careful ?? Should I use an enamel paint ?

Thanks in advance for any help.
