Rick....

If those tires hold air, take good care of them--they're hard to find. There're many brands of this style of bike (motorbike, also motobike as they were designed to resemble motorcycles of the teens) so it may be hard to nail down. The chainwheel resembles some Sears versions like the "Snell" as well as showing up occasionally on Mead made models. The exterior lugs make me think it could be Canadian....then I'd want to know if the wheel rims are clincher (which are less common on US bikes of this period) rather than glue-on as it appears. Exterior lugs on American bikes were less common than on Canadian bikes. This is less the case in the teens and early 20's.

The motorbike style was also favored by delivery and dispatch riders because of its additional frame strength.

You're just south of list member Phil Scott (in Fairborn) who knows vastly more than I do about this kind of bike. As well as the scholar/ craftsman Patric Cafaro. I'd pay a visit to these guys but be prepared to take notes...they are full of good info (and much of the documentation to back it up).
