It should perhaps be noted that the Georg Fischer Rohrleitungssysteme AG company is huge. Their annual turnover is over 3 billion swiss francs, more than double the total turnover of Shimano and Campagnolo put together. Bicycle fittings were never more than a simple diversion for them. I believe it is very difficult to compare them to most other producers of lugs and fitments because of their enormous size.
