I've never seen a long cage 1st gen Superbe, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. I don't recall a long cage Superbe until the Superbe Pro era.

As far as fitting a Cyclone GT cage to a Superbe, be prepared to gather a large number of samples to acheive a fit, even if it can be done. I intended to do a cage transplant between a Cyclone GT and regular Cyclone (the regular had the more desirable black body) when I discovered the two Cyclones used different style hardware and attachment points. I then compared another short cage cyclone and this was different from both of the first two.

This doesn't mean you won't hit a match on your first two units, but be prepared to hunt a while.
