Yesterday, Raoul Delmare made a comment (see below) about Eric. Today, I would like to corroborate what Raoul said. I just finished opening a box of parts that Eric sent me. Each and every part in the box was very carefully wrapped. The condition of each and every part easily met the descriptions he had posted on this list when he offered them, in fact most exceeded my expectations by a large margin! I'm in disbelief at how many excellent parts he sent me for such a meager asking price. But one of the nicest things about this purchase is something that in this day and age is hard to put a "value" on. Eric needed to get a quote from the post office for shipping the box outside of the USA. So he takes the packed box to the post office and mails it to me right then and there. I have sent him *NO* money. But he mails me the parts anyway, on TRUST. Then he emails me to inform me of the mailing cost, even saying not to "inconvenience" myself in a rush to obtain a money order for him. Eric has never met me and does not know me. I'm not some "famous" bike guy, not known in "the hobby", not a "list luminary".... nothing like that. But he extends his trust to me. I may never meet Eric, but I know at least something about him. I recognize a class act when it touches me. How refreshingly old school. Thanks Eric!
