Peugeot UO-8, Raleigh Record, Schwinn Varsity: Call them classic cheapo bikes! Are they fine pieces of machinery? Not quite. Make ok beater/town/fixer bikes though. Would it pay to restore one? Probably not. If you find a like new one, is it worth saving? Sure, why not? My fixer's a UO-8, maybe it's an AO-8, hard to say from what's left.
