That was the part I used to tout when I was in the shape Chuck was in. Lower top tube, higher seat, narower bar top. Not as ggod when you went out ofn the hooks. The 67/39's that were standard issue on Paramount p14;'s were even better- and the way they got through tight places on the boards or in traffic (P14's were an early choice of scorchers on track machines) was unbeatable Larry 'latter-day scorcher' black Baltimore, Md.
