I too have been watching this bike.

This is apparently a new venture set up by Carsten Rehbein who has always traded under the cyclo24 ebay id (check out the ME page of the vendor). Carsten is well-respected and has supplied perhaps all the major collectors for quite some time. With regards the free shipping, I must admit to being very surprised to read this myself, but I have reread the description many times and cannot find any disclaimer myself. It is probably a good idea to ask before bidding however as it does state that the buyer pays all shipping costs at one point in the description.
