I had bought a gold anodized Galli gruppo from a list member to build this up, but now that I look at the tricolore frame with chromed frame next to the gruppo, I think the gold anodized parts are "too much" on this frame. What does the list think? Is a gold gruppo on a tricolore Motta "overkill"? Maybe a silver colored gruppo would be better. I still would like to use an Italian but non-Campy gruppo, just to be different. Anyone have a "plain" silver Galli or Gipiemme , or even Ofmega gruppo?
