Chuck and the list: That Stronglight crank in question is most certainly not a #99 which has an 86mm BCD. It's a 105, 6 or 7 with the drilled rings. I think the bike is no later than a '77 as I remember the Peugeot team's bikes from Europe that raced in the '78 Red Zinger had the newer logos and decals as well as the pearl color schemes.
