Frank,

Over the years I had fine dealings with Carsten. Over the past 9 - 12 months or so I have found his descriptions to be a bit optimistic or missing some crucial detail that was hidden by the angle or side he chose to show in his pics. Recently on an item won on ebay it took him over 3 months to deliver the item. He apologised along with comments of a newborn taking more of his time then anticipated. Timing and getting busy is acceptable to me if communicated but the poor descriptions/pictures combined with emails going unresponded to and significant delays have made me come to the decision not to purchase from him in the future. I know many have had good dealings with him, and again, so have I - up until the most recent 9 to 12 months is where I have had issues with how he conducts business.

> Hi All: In a fit of optimism (and after a couple of glasses of wine), I bought one of "cyclo24's" "Selection Suprise" grab-bag lots back in September. I paid promptly, but have never received anything. Worse yet, cyclo24 (Carsten?) has never responded to my e-mails, and he appears recently to have made his feedback private. He has also received several negatives in the last week. Has anyone else had any better luck or more information about what's going on? Thanks.
