Frank Cordell writes that Cyclo 24 seems to have made his feedback on E-Bay private. I had never heard of this and hope some members can shed some light on the process. I am wondering what exactly is the function of having feedback if it can be made private and why E-Bay should allow such a thing? Anybody have any experience with this or thoughts on the matter?
