Here is an ended eBay auction for the widget you want. It just ended with no sale because the $12 bid didn't meet the reserve. It had a buy it now price of $99, which seems high to me but you can never tell. I haven't seen these for sale that often. Not too many of the AX cranks were bought and the production life was short, so I don't know how many of these are out there. You might want to call the seller and see what he wants for them.
Tom Adams, Shrewsbury NJ Twelve might be on the low side, $99 might be high, but find out who could or would make them for anyn less and i gan alkmost gahr-un-tee zilch. If i needed them they would certainly be worth $10 per toe for something that would support my feet for years and perform such a function. As far as widgetry goes, they are an interesting paperweight as well, but only in a light breeze
