I don't know if Sanshin and SunShine are the same--I'll defer to others on that point.
But I will say that in my experience, SunShine hubs are very, very nice. I had some on my '73/'73 Nishiki Competition. I just built up a wheelset with some NOS late-70s SunShines, and they sure are smooth. (Of course, I'm partial to Japanese parts anyway!)
I don't know what the price translates to, but if you're interested at all, I'd snap up that hubset if I were you.
