Hi guys,
Need help. What does the 700 c actually mean, as they don't seem to measure out at 700mm. How does this size compare to a 27"? Are there diameter variations to the 700c size as there were in a previous string regarding the 650's? Variations to the 27"? Would most any Campy rim be 700c, or 27"?
