I have an unusual small frame for sale.
A "James Lendon" of Cardif. 1950s I would guess.
Obviously a custom built as it has a 55cm top tube. Very smooth fillet brazed. Nice long point drop outs. Flat topped for crown with a chevron.
Original paint with red box lining.
