Almost as soon as I had asked the question I found one myself in a copy of Holdsworth's "Aid to Happy Cycling" for 1936. Quoted verbatim from Page 74 _ "CAMPAGNOLO Front 23/3 Rear 27/3 Pair 49/- These Campagnolo Hubs are THE GOODS for racing. Just a twist of a lever on one side, and wheel is freed" So 3 years after Tullio developed the Q/R Hub they were exporting to the UK.
