The "give-away" is the braze-on for the shift levers, which were for those "aero" shift levers (Shimano & Suntour & ??). Often, when accompanied by that aero bit, there was no rear cable stop since the Shimano AX RD's didn't require one. I cannot tell whether or not that braze-on is on your frame?

I have had two 3Renshos, but neither required a 27.2mm seat post, so that seems a bit unusual.

Will you have it refinished? You can contact Yellow Jersey bike shop for information about 3Renshos.
