I have a headset like the one you describe, but not black anodized. It is silver. It looks like Campy SR in it's general shape, and it clearly "wants" to emulate the SR look, but there are innumerable differences. I'd guess that it is a Gippemme product. Probably not OMAS... but maybe Galli... some sort of non-Campy Italian high-end maker... knocking off Campy. Mine has a dark oxide finish on the craown race and upper cone. Everything is just slightly different from SR. A nice headset in any case.
