Hi all, when I polish alloy I use the following, 600 wet and dry sandpaper, then 1200 grit the with some old soft cotton sheets use a product called autosol, its a nice paste made in Germany, I don't know wether this product has been mentioned before, just FYI......regards wayne davidson Invers NZ.........the sun is shining........
