Subject: [CR]Best ever pedals

"On I go with best components. I'll start with Suntour Superbe- the first generation Gruppo, but with the sealed bearing pedals."

I think the first gen. pedals were loose ball, with silver cages, made by MKS or possibly KKT. Gold colored Superbe sitcker on pedal body...

The pedals with the removable black cage and the cartridge bearings were Superbe Pro. Nice pedals, though I've seen problems with the bearings. I'd vote for the SL as the best ever-pedal. While the C-ergo supposedly improved on this with a replacable cage, the cages tended to fail... a self-fufilling replacability feature. Then there is the Time Equipe Pro if you count "that kind" of pedal.
