Hi All, nobody can say exactally what is the best. There are so many different types of bikes, for there own purposes, as for componets so many to choose from. I for one have 2 bikes with Campagnolo Super record rear deraileurs, one about to get a C Record, and the Sr will go onto a bike I have in the garage in pieces. But I will not be the first to say they are not the best shifting, I found the Suntour Superbe to be the best I ever tried. But that SR sure looks nice, shifts not to bad for my style of riding, thats yet another factor, riding style. Too many varibles really, like I would have no idea at all about what deraileurs to use for touring, because I don't tour. I am sure we will see some nice additions to the lists already sent.....regards wayne davidson Invers NZ......
