[CR]Okay you know it alls, here is a challenge

First a Happy Thanksgiving to all and hope the holiday finds you all well and in good riding condition. I have recently placed a frame up on ebay and took a guess at it being of Italian origin. I am not really sure what it is but it has some interesting features which you can see and read on my posting.
