Bryon, Yes Bianchi did market a Celeste colored Japanese built racing bike in the early 80's. Actually it came in two colors Celeste w/blue decals and Black w/gold decals. How I remember this is that a good friend of mine bought a Celeste colored one in 1982 from the now defunct "The Bicycle Shop" in Concord, CA.. And if my memory serves me well (which it still does from time to time) I think Bianchi called this bike the"Professional". It came with Suntour Superbe derailleurs, SR handlebar, stem, and seat post, Araya tubular wheels with Sunshine hubs(I think!), Dia-Compe Gran Compe side pull brakes, and SR or Sugino crankset that looked like a Campy Super Record. One more thing I remember was that it was a beautiful bike and actually in my opinion the black one had a more striking appearance than the Celeste one did. Now as far is your model goes since I'm not an expert on Bianchi's (or anything else for that matter) I'm not sure if it was offered in Celeste or not. Kris Koller Martinez,CA.
