Yep!

We be the people with some of the best prices around! Abit big headed, maybe but hell if I can save someone a few buck then why not just as long as I can make a good living....................Anyway, we have loads and loads of these levers. During a vacation while in Switzerland, I hooked up with a customer who was a lead to a buy. While making the buy the old man was always scratching his head and saying to my friend all the time that this stuff doesn't sell anymore and why would he want to buy this stuff!.............He's Crazy!..........I was straight forward and didn't give him some sad sing and song story as like I've heard about other Vintage dealers, of which sellers in Milan and Sweden are now feeling a bit ripped off. When I go into a place I DO NOT TRY THE HAGGLE DOWN THE PRICE! If it seems fair and I can make a good go at it then I'll just go with it! I must admit we have bit the dust with many buys, but in the end it all worked out just fine. Anyway said I do have customers who are in need of these items, it's like people who collects old cars, they need things to restore their old cars as like people needs these items to restore their old bicycles or to fix up grandpas old bike. He still didn't understand, probably because I was only able to speak English while he was speaking French. I tried my best, with my friend being in the middle of all this. I told him hey look, you sell the present buy you're shop still lives in the past. He took a look around and looked at all of the old posters with the likes of Merckx, Coppi, Bartali and so on. Raised floor displays with newer bikes but with the old Merckx and Colnago banners and stickers plasted all over them. They looks like old bike show props from the old days. After all this he grabbed an old damaged Colnago Mexico and handed it to me, I guess he was thinking I was the right person for it. BTW: It would be nice to have it repaired and take it back to him one day. This old guy was tossing factory sealed bags of these levers @ me like we were unloading sacks of Potatoes, here take these I make you a good price and that he did. So to say, no need for me to make a fortune on them I'm just passing on the good deals........................And guess what, I think many of these prices will be with us when we open shop in SB................Maybe a few $$$ more here and there. But then again some of our prices are a bit on the high side as well.

BC Baron C.....................And the gang!! Renaissance cycles, Eindhoven Holland.......A plug for Renaissance cycles.......I guess you can call it that. Drive a little and save a lot @ $&&$^$&%$%! #&$^$%$
