Additionally, even the stiffest wheel will deflect only a tiny amoucompared to that of a high-pressure tire. Todd Kuzma Todd precisely! You said 'minimal' and 'tiny amount' these are the thingson which people seem to spend improportional amounts of time sweating and pondering.

You might remember my 'do the math' that pointed out that a saved quarter pound on a bike was way underf a percentage of what a typical rider and bike might weigh.

Not exactly sure, but the deal is we ride the rider and bike, not the bike.

And those that sweat crank length? and Frame size? wheesh. the diff between the 172.5 and the 175 is barely over a a spoke's thickness.

It gets bewilderung being a bike guy, no?
