Subject: [CR]Cambio Corsa frame for sale $450 with levers

When you buy bikes blindly, you sometimes get things that you don't expect. In this case, something that was described as a 1950's Bianchi turned out to be something quite different. As it is not my thing, I would like to offer it to the list for the amount that I have into it.

It is a 52 cm C-C (20 1/2") frame set up for Campagnolo cambio corsa use.

I believe the bike to have been built in the 80's or perhaps 90's using Columbus tubing and NOS Campagnolo toothed drop-outs. The frame had Bianchi vinyl decals that have since been removed. The paint and chrome are good all around, with only minor knicks and scrapes. Furthermore, it is equipped with: Campagnolo Nuovo Record headset (with Ofmega locknut), an Allen key seatlug bolt, a set of braze-on downtube water bottle bosses, Universal Mignon brake calipers (from the 60's-80's) and a BB for use with cottered cranks. The cottered chainset presently on the frame is marked Bianchi and likely comes from a 60's city bike. While not entirely correct for the bike, it can readily be used on the bike if desired. Also to be included with the frame are a set of 2 nicely rechromed cambio corsa levers/skewer and all the needed hardware to mount them. I can also come up with a set of hubs to go with the bike. I can come up with either a set of older reasonably weathered Campagnolo/FB 3 piece hubs, a set of NOS large flange Campagnolo/FB 3 piece hubs (with used axles/cones/locknuts) or a set of Pinarello co-branded NOS small flange FB 3 piece hubs (with used axles/axles/cones/locknuts).

I would like to get $450 for the frame and all bits described apart from the hubs. For the hubs, I would like $75 for the weathered Campagnolo set, $125 for the NOS Pinarello set with used axles or $150 for the large flange Campagnolo ones with the used axles.

I can send photos to anybody who might be interested.
